Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST)

Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) uses a series of deep stretches to help the muscles, joints, and connective tissues. Through the Fascial Stretch Therapy movements, we work to stabilize the body and create more space in the joints. This can help prevent injury and help recovery in your personal training program.
